The place was clean enough; however we had a family of roach visitors the morning we checked out. The bed was quite comfortable but the pillows were terrible! Bring your own pillows unless you don't mind sleeping on flat pillowcases.
Left a crappy hotel and came here...it was wonderful. So much better, cleaner, safer area and an all around feel of comfort and cleanliness. Loved my stay and will be back for future business trips.
Close proximity to dining and shopping
We booked here based on the rating but it was not in a good area, the carpet was dirty, cheap toilettes, our key didn’t work several times. It’s the worst hotel we have ever stayed at and we are travelers,
Great place
The morning staff was great, the evening not so much ( front desk). She lied & said i didnt check out, i just walked off & never came back. To keep from refunding the remainder of my stay. She didnt know i had proof that i had checked out ( my receipt). It took me 3 days for them to release my deposit & refund me for the days i didnt stay. The room was moist & you have to go to the lobby for ice. There is no ice machine on your floor. My toewls were clean but also torn & the hall carpet was dirty.
We weren't expecting a 5 star hotel but this wasn't the greatest experience. I'm not sure if they are that understaffed but they don't clean the rooms unless you ask for it. The toilet didn't really flush--we had to manually lift the float and the flapper to get everything down almost every time we used it. The water pressure was terrible. The fridge didn't keep cold. The beds were on a metal platform that popped every time you moved. The clock shorted out when plugged in. The elevator literally bounced every time it stopped to the point my son didn't want to take it anymore so we took the stairs--and the stairs on the top two levels weren't standard rise. Other people staying there were propping side doors open and smoking in the stairwell, some were smoking other things (no judgement, just don't do it around my kid).
The tub had black mold. The metal foundation under the mattress stuck out from the bed, and we had to be careful to avoid hitting our legs on it. The mattress made a boom sound every time you got in or out of the bed. The mattress was comfortable, and the room was quiet.
