Great location near Otaru Canal. Walkable to shopping street and sightseeing. Nice and clean room. Easy Parking. Good breakfast buffet.

Room size is quite tight for 2 large suitcases but manageable.

"Schönes, modernes Hotel mit tollen Open Air Bath"

Alles! Das Hotel liegt gut, unweit von dem Kanal und der Shoppingstrasse. Der Rooftop Open Air Bath ist mein Highlight, denn man hat auch Blick aufs Meer. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, wenn auch etwas kompakt. Man bekommt einen Parkplatz fest zugewiesen, und kann beliebig rein und rausfahren. Sehr praktisch. Denkt bitte daran, dass man erst ab 13 Uhr Parken kann.

"因為小樽晚上餐廳很少，買食物回來飯店吃，但由於房間太小，2大1小真的無法，詢問是否可以在一樓大廳用餐，但被拒絕，微波爐在一樓，飯店餐廳也關起來，最後全家去便利商店的桌子用餐"
