The location of this place is great with beautiful views of the table mountain and the cable car. Good work has been done in renovating this old apartment and so the good bones are in place.

Structurally, the bathrooms are difficult to use and as such shower time is not enjoyable, While the renovation have improved the unit, no effort was put into quality of furnishes, linen, curtains and basic decor. We were not sure if the floor mats, pillows were even up to standard. The couch in the lounge is too hard, not designed for comfort.

Die Wohnung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung – lediglich auf den Fotos wirkte sie überzeugend. Die Wohnung lag an einer stark frequentierten Hauptverkehrsstraße, was in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde und die Aufenthaltsqualität deutlich beeinträchtigte. Die Wohnfläche wurde mit 190 m² angegeben, tatsächlich betrug sie jedoch maximal etwa 85 m², was eine erhebliche Abweichung darstellt.Die Garage konnte nicht genutzt werden, da es keine praktikable Möglichkeit gab, dort einzuparken. Wir wollten aufgrund der Umstände sofort abreisen. Da es sich jedoch um einen Sonntag handelte, war kein Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung möglich. Am Montag sind wir schließlich ausgezogen. Gebucht waren insgesamt 7 Tage, erstattet wurden jedoch nur 5 Tage. Die Hausverwaltung stellte dies als „Goodwill“ dar. Eine falsche oder irreführende Angabe (zum Beispiel zur Größe der Wohnung) kann eine Täuschung darstellen. Falsche Angaben zu einer Immobilie können in Südafrika rechtliche Konsequenzen haben.

Spacious with comfortable beds The views were unbeatable

The kitchen was poorly equipped. Four poor quality, unmatched forks and knives. Four bowls, four small plates. For four guests this was wholly under catered. We discovered placemats that were water damaged and unusable. No oven gloves so we had to use a towel. The electric kettle leaks. The garage was too small for our car (warn guests about this) and we were often parked in by other cars due to small parking area.

Локация просто невероятная! Самый безопасный район , при этом в 5-10 минутах от всех классных кафе , так же недалеко есть большой супермаркет ! Сама квартира просторная , чистая , все как на фото ! Очень приятный владелец , все подробно объяснил , рекомендую на 100%
