La struttura é sicuramente curata nei dettagli e accogliente. Buona la posizione sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi che per spostarsi per la città con i mezzi (bus, metro e treno sotto casa). Noi abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento con i dettagli blu, forse un po’ piccolino perché trovate tutto nella stessa stanza e la doccia non é nel bagno (dettaglio importante se si viaggia con amici e si vuole un po’ di privacy); non c’è il bidet. Per il resto struttura pulita.

Appartamento un po’ piccolino. Consiglio di mettere almeno una bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo degli ospiti (dettaglio importante per chi affitta appartamenti).

Check-in y check-out muy fácil! Permitieron el Ingreso más temprano y que dejáramos las maletas en el establecimiento el dia de Salida. Las instalaciones cómodas para estar unos días en Valencia, súper recomendable!

"Ubicación perfecta, los ruidos no tanto, pero por lo general satisfecho"

La ubicación y que se veía todo bastante moderno.

El ruido del ventilador del baño era infernal. En alguna habitación, al tener las camas tan cerca de la ventana y al ser una planta baja enseguida se escuchaba ruido de la calle. También se escuchaba bastante cuando algún otro huésped pasaba por el pasillo. Los colchones no son muy cómodos.

Habitación muy espartana y TV minúscula Nuestra habitación la número 1 es un horror En el pasillo de entrada muy ruidosa Los cajetines con las llaves de acceso al resto de apartamentos estaban en nuestra pared y cada vez que un cliente accedía a los cajetines nos despertaba el ruido Una habitación para no usarla Me imaginé esas incomodidades y pedí cambio a primera hora pero no quisieron facilitarme el cambio Pedí una segunda llave y no me la dieron Hacía falta para cerrar por dentro la habitación
