Breakfast box was not delivered the first day (although we have order before 12am on day before). Generally, the breakfast box was not very good. We ordered "2 portions" of salami which equalled exactly "3 slices of salami", the same for ham, etc. Breakfast buffet would be much better option for overall experience.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu, es ist alles sauber und modern. Unser Penthouse Apartment war riesig, dafür war es sehr reduziert eingerichtet, fast steril. Österreichische Gemütlichkeit kommt da nicht auf. Es ist alles sehr praktisch. Die Schlafzimmer waren gut, die Betten sehr bequem und die Schränke ausreichend und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Die Sauna und der Pool sind sehr großzügig und besonders.

Ich war davon ausgegangen, dass das Frühstück ein Buffet sein würde. Es ist jedoch anders: man erhält eine Frühstücksbox vor die Haustür gestellt. Die Qualität der Zutaten war gut. Man musste sich jedoch seinen Ei selber kochen, seinen Kaffee selber machen und es fällt extrem viel Verpackungsmüll durch dieses System an.

Second time of staying, easy to get to the slopes bus straight outside. Love the infinity pool and wellness area. Place to store and dry boots, good size parking area below hotel.

Took a couple of days of asking to split beds but minor issue.

Das Apartment und das Personal war super. Am Ankunftstag waren keine Wellnesstaschen im Apartment, aber dies wurde sofort behoben. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut.

Das Frühstück war für den Preis nicht zufriedenstellend. Auf dem Balkon waren leider nur zwei unbequeme Stühle für vier Personen. Hier hätte ich mir zumindest vier bequeme Stühle und eine oder zwei Liegen gewünscht.

We stayed in this apartment for two nights as a group of five and had a fantastic experience. The aparthotel is truly wow — you can see that a lot of thought was put into every small detail. The apartment is very spacious and beautifully designed, with a small private garden. Everything feels new, modern, and very well maintained. The kitchen is amazing and fully equipped with everything you might need, and all the kitchenware is from the WMF brand, which was a real pleasure to use. The pool is wonderful, the staff are lovely, and there is free parking. We also loved the cool underground passage that leads directly to the pool, as well as the nice gym. The location is very convenient — only about 6 minutes’ drive from Ischgl, with a free bus stopping right outside the hotel. There’s also a supermarket and cafés just a 3-minute drive away. Overall, an excellent place to stay — we would happily come back. 😊

The price was quite high, but we were visiting during the peak winter season, so it was understandable.
