"Buena ubicación pero alguna deficiencia funcional"

Ubicación. Amplitud. Moderno. No se nos pidió fianza en metálico (como venía expuesto en condiciones de Booking)

Aislamiento acústico con vecinos casi nulo (es una casona que se han delimitado apartamentos, quizás con pladur algunas paredes, y es difícil dormir en el dormitorio principal si están simplemente hablando. Cama de matrimonio con colchón poco cómodo. Si se pretende dormir en el sofá-cama ... difícil; mucho ruido del frigorífico, que está al lado. En Booking se describe "vistas a la ciudad" en el patio; son vistas a la fachada interior del edificio de al lado (apenas unos metros). Alguna contingencia de material (solo un rollo de papel higiénico usado y bolsa de basura sin recambios ambos); entiendo que por error. Wifi se interrumpía a menudo. Deberían publicarse en Booking las normas que existen escritas en el apartamento, así antes de contratar se sabría que en el checkout hay que hacer cosas que no se exigen en otros apartamentos, ej, limpiar cocina, sacar toda la basura. No nos importó mucho, pero otros usuarios quizás no esperan eso cuando no está descrito en condiciones previas a contratación.
