La atención es muy buena, todos están dispuestos a ayudar. El detalle de que en el cuarto se pueda preparar café y té es EXCELENTE. Las instalaciones y la ubicación son MUY BUENAS. Es un lugar muy cómodo, excelentemente ubicado, el restaurante Mediterráneo es delicioso!!!!

en la página decía que la habitación tenía sofá, pero la habitación en la que me quedé no tenía.

Me gusto que el lugar es súper espacioso y su ubicación.

Los baños de uso en común que están al lado de la cocina necesitan más de una limpieza al día, se junta mucho olor y se ensucian muy seguido por la demanda de gente. La señal del Wi-Fi por la noche es muy baja, se me dificulto mucho poder trabajar desde el ordenador, tuve que usar varias veces mis datos moviles para poder hacerlo.

Localização excelente, quarto e banheiro amplos, café da manhã gostoso e variado, área de lazer boa, DJ todo fim de tarde e happy hour.

A água do chuveiro e pias é salobra, bem salgada. Complicado passar tantos dias sem um banho adequado. E não adianta dizer que é assim em toda a ilha porque não é. Já fiquei em hostel de categoria inferior e a água era normal.

O ambiente é incrivel

A hospedagem me vendeu dois passeios, pro mesmo dia, com horários que caberiam. Aquario e parasail, o aquario, segundo a hospedagem, voltaria as 13 ou 15h, e o parasail, sairia as 15:30 (ou seja, tempo mais que suficiente), contudo, a empresa que me levou ao aquario, voltou apenas as 15:50, ou seja, por conta disso, que pude fazer o parasail, pedi remarcação ou reembolso, sem sucesso, a hospedagem ficou de resolver, e simplesmente, não me responde mais, o parasail foi no valor de 220.000, valor o qual, acho justo ser reembolsado, visto que, não tive nenhuma responsabilidade em não participar do mesmo, aguardo a intervenção de vocês para ter resolução.

El lugar es bonito, cómodo y tiene todo lo que necesitas cerca. sin embargo, si esperas descansar, no es un lugar apropiado. El ruido puede ser muy molesto
