Our stay was very nice, however we had a difficult time getting the fobs to work. We ended up with one working fob - not convenient. Our master bath shower door would not stay closed when taking a shower, it continuously stayed open 6-8 inches. Also the master bath sink drained very very very slowly. Other than those three things the place was nice, airy and clean. But the 3 problems we had throughout our stay took away from the niceties.

Property was ok, we did not have towels . All my requests were ignored. We end up buying towels. This is not acceptable. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Unfortunately, my stay has been not satisfying in many aspects. Upon check-in, I just received one key although we were a party of three. So I called the customer center to give me another key. They told me that I should be able to receive it within 24 hours, but I ended up not receiving the key. Because we were forced to have only one key, our flexibility was limited and we were really dissapointed. After that, another party just got in the room by saying that they received the same key of our room. This is completely unacceptable because I just finished taking a shower and they saw me half naked. This is the violation of privacy. Also, there were only two towels in the room even though I registered three people in this room. We had no choice but to buy a new towel, which cost us another $30. In addition, there was no blanket for sofa bed, which made us buy a new blanket that cost another $50. Moreover, an air-conditioner in the room was broken and the room temperature was really uncomfortable.
