Room service was excellent, the location was exceptional, the amenities with the room were great, they also added a complimentary fruit basket to the room and the room service was exceptionally active and prompt in all matters.

I do believe that the cleanliness could have been better, but it was basically the effect of the tile colors of the bathroom that gave it a gloomy look. The shower pressure should also be improved for a better showering experience.
