The rooms are superb clean everything is well managed the staff is well trained breakfast is very good everything is freshly cooked

There’s nothing which i didnot like

Breakfast good,

Bath room faucet need to fix. Leaking water running under the commode seat . Bathroom sink faucet leaking. The iron stand provided was broken and tapped. Unnecessary plate with silver paint was fixed on the table . During ironing the paint melted and damaged my spouse dress. She was very upset ruining of highly expensive dress. We were charged for ironing the clothes, whereas this service was included in the booking.

The only thing to like was the location as it was close to where we wanted to go. And that they allowed us to checkout 2 hrs late which we informed at the time of booking. The breakfast food was just okay.

1. The lift made a lot of noise and was not managed. 2. Some of the lights in the room were not working. 3. We are not able to turn off bedside lamps and table lamp 4. The Air Conditioner (Inverter) was not upto the mark. 5. They provided us with a comforter that was not enough to cater for the weather in Islamabad 6. The fridge door wouldn't close or open properly. 7. The washroom door wouldn't get locked 8. Cold water tap of the wash basin kept leaking 9. They didn't kept the water heater on all the time rather I had to call the reception multiple times to get it started and when no one came I had to go down myself to get a person to start it. The size of water heater was too small. 10. It was my first visit with my wife outside our hometown and I asked the hotel to help me setup a surprise. The floor manager did help with decoration and balloons (which I liked) but the chocolate basket that was a deal breaker. All the chocolates in the basket were Perk, Mooro, and Jubilee. And I don't see the sum of goods add upto the charged bill. 11. I saw another customer came up with the problems as pointed out in point 2, 7 and 8. They acted clueless and told him that we'll shift you to another room. 12. Internet was pathetic at best. And this place you wouldn't get your cell signals as well. 13. TV was pretty much useless as the cable had a very bad result and there no channels of movies.

Clean rooms, good for a family stay. There is security outside and cameras.
