Hygiene was onder de maat, veel geluid van de andere gasten (gesprekken kunnen meeluisteren), slechte bedden

Situata in pieno centro, tranquillità!

La struttura ci ha mandato dei messaggi,senza informarci che era necessario pagare la tassa di soggiorno per avere il codice per entrare, al freddo sotto una pioggia forte, abbiamo dovuto eseguire il pagamento, perché non chiedercelo prima? L’appartamento” era una piccola stanza sotto il tetto al quarto piano senza ascensore , sarebbe stato corretto avvertire visto che siamo anziani. In camera non c’era un armadio e neanche un attaccapanni e la televisione non funzionava.

The apartment had a lovely view and was situated in a great location, which made our stay very convenient. Additionally, the host was very helpful and accommodating. Since we are arrived earlier than the check-in time, she arranged an earlier check-in for us, which we really appreciated.

The apartment could have been cleaner and the bathroom in particular needs some maintenance.
