Ramada by Wyndham Turkistan

Несколько раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Нравится брэнд Рамада, дизайн, внушительный внешний вид отеля, расположение.

К сожалению отель с каждым прибыванием теряет свой рейтинг. Думаю нужен новый управляющий который возьмёт в свои руки управление и навдёт порядок, обучит персонал и поднимет статус сети отелей Рамада. Из замечаний, заранее указала время прибытия, по приезду номер был не готов в плане не проверен перед заселением, точнее холодильник не работал, чайник самый дешёвый который не отключался автоматически, ютуб не работал. На просьбу ресепшн реагировал быстро но , проблемы не решились всвязи с отсутствием дежурного персонала. Обещали рано утром в привелигированном порядке устаранить но никого не было. Бассейн отдельная тема, очень и очень грязная вода не менялась давно кажется. Но детям не объяснить они просились в Бассейн ради которого мы и выбрали этот отель. Окна в бассейне круглосуточно открыты, а из окон ясное дело вся пыль с улицы и букашки таракашки плавали в воде. Жаль очень жаль что такой огромный отель так заброшен и наплевательский относится к своему статусу и к гостям. А завтрак вообще жесть есть невозможно невкусно ассортимент небольшой, быстро заканчивается и не пополняется. Почему бы не улучшить завтрак изобилием продуктов в соответствии четырём звёздам. Не рекомендую.

We didn't sleеp all night after a long trip.It is not a hotel. It's a place of prostitutes and drunks. They fight with each other all night, knocked doors with noises. 203, 204 room numbers. It is not a place to stay. Think twice before to book. I am very upset with staying in this hotel. I wanted to call police and hang over all staff with their drunk prostitutes. Secondly there is a lounge bar on the first floor it is a second problem . They played a concert with louder drunken singers until 23:30. I stayed in different countries and hotels, but this kind of lawlessness I faced the first time... Choose another place if you want a comfortable stay and sleep.

A great example of how sloppy management can turn an international brand into a mediocre experience. After my first stay I took several pictures of “problems” and showed them the manager without writing any review. But after my third unfortunate stay, here it is. Fridge was broken - the desk’s reply was “all fridges are broken”. The cleanliness of the bathroom was a disappointment with stains on in the shower. The drain is clogged (it”s been clogged in all three of my stays this year). The shower heads were filled with mineral deposits (in all three of my recent stays) and were not evenly flowing. “Some” of the towels had an unpleasant odor after you use them, indicating that those were not adequately washed and especially dried. I could continue but I think I made my point.
