Club Se7en at Beachcomber

We just returned from an amazing 12-night stay at the Beachcomber, unit 41, yesterday. The 7th floor 3BR/3BA condo was immaculately decorated and had an amazing view of the beach from the kitchen, living room, outside patio, and master bedroom. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were sparkling. Technology abounds with the remote controls that can access cable TV/AppleTV on the 85” TV in the living room and the big screens in the bedrooms as well as the lights/chandeliers. The property management team is top notch, including Shenita, Fabiola, Lauren, and Emily. When the AV system needed resetting, Emily came up and was able to get it fixed in short order. The beach and pool have plenty of seating available within steps of the water and the beach is full of the softest sand and calmest water. There are plenty of restaurant options across the street including the excellent Lloyd’s Smokehouse, The Falls Steakhouse, and The Hive. Luca is a 3 minute walk down the street for an amazing Sunday brunch. We opted to order groceries for delivery and use the fully equipped kitchen to cook breakfasts and grill the occasional dinner on the 2 grills by the pool a few nights. Management team assisted with granting the delivery folks access when we were down at the beach and we came back to a stocked refrigerator or freezer. Housekeeping came every day except Sundays to replenish bath/pool towels, clean counters/floors/bathrooms and remove trash. We loved it! Thank you!

Great layout and easy access to beachfront with no crowds.

The unit, ocean views, amenities, and location are awesome. Judy and her team with Cayman Luxury Villas did a great job and communicated with us throughout our stay. The reason I did not give a 5-star rating is the appliances, lighting, and other systems in the unit were very complicated to figure out for most people that will be renting for a short period of time.

Liked everything just hard to communicate with concierge when we had questions. Theresa was great!

I needed the perfect place to relax with friends and this exceeded my expectations. We didn't want to leave and we can't wait to come back. The beach in front of this place is the best on 7 Mile Beach. The accommodations were awesome. The location is awesome. If i had to give a downside, it would be that we couldn't order on-beach service as there is no restaurant on site. No worries though, just pack your own or head over to the Ritz on one side or the Caribbean Club on the other and then come back to the beachcomber for peace and quiet. We loved the person on the first floor (not sure if he was an owner or a renter), but he made us feel right at home. I cannot thank these folks enough for a fabulous stay.
