Automaten Checkin hat nicht funktioniert, Servicetelfonnummer war ohne echte Menschen, aus dem Anruf wurde ich immer wieder raus geworfen, ohne mein Anliegen vorbringen zu können. Ich habe mir ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen.
