"would recommend to sort bathrooms out as it lets the property down"

kitchen was in good condition and living room could do with new carpet tho

property needs a lot of work doing to it before they rent it out again mould in the bathrooms and plenty of damp no shower curtain in bathroom up stairs so was allowing water go onto floor

"great location but a tired house that needs updating"

convenient - quick 15 minute stroll to the train station

bathrooms seriously need updating - they look nothing like the photos online. mouldy grouting, no shower curtain in upstairs bathroom so the water goes everywhere, and generally not particularly clean looking. Not enough cups, glasses, bowls etc - we actually went out and bought a few more items to use whilst there. Pile of cigarette ends outside the front door, rubbish in the garden and an empty whiskey bottle in one of the wardrobes - and they ask for a £200 refundable deposit before you check in, I would expect the place to be spotless.

Great location, next to markets (literally, the apartment is next to lidl) and city center. Well equipped apartment (would be nicer if there would be a more forks in the kitchen).

Toilet seats weren't locked in their hinges and they moved a lot, and in one toilet there was no toilet seat lid, but that wasnt really a big issue.
