Really clean , amazing staff, great Breakfast.

In fairness the beds were incredibly squeaky and the room was quite warm even with the window open.

Excellent location for the South downs way and for visiting Queen Elizabeth Country Park. Lovely grounds and cafe on site. Staff helpful, lovely breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable.
