Century Hotel Da Nang

Завтраки стандартные, номера убирали хорошо, каждый день была замена полотенец. В номере пахло приятно. Персонал вежливый, приветливый. Все необходимое в номере было.

Отель расположен около большой дороги, было очень шумно. Балкон в моем номере был маленький (французский). Кровать немного твердая. Хотелось бы помягче матрас

Ubytování jsem bral jako záchranu, zaměstnanci nám pomohli v 1 ráno koupit ubytování (přes booking), protože cenu na místě mi dali 2x dražší - nechápu proč nedorovnali cenu (booking si z ubytování bere provizi), myslím že na přímo by hotel vydělal více

Blízko hlavní silnice a hluk ne slyšet v pokoji Bazén není vyhřívaný (nedá se využívat po celý rok)

It was clean, staff friendly and helpful. They take visa without charges and there is a smart TV which has access to Netflix (previous ones we booked didn't and we were surprised). Breakfast was good but limited (I prefer the Vietnamese breakfast). For the price of apartment (905) great value.

Room was a bit worn down.

Close to the beach, night markets and Dragon bridge. The staff was very helpful: helped us with organising SIM cards right at the hotel. Restaurant staff made a separate breakfast to take into the room, when the family member was unwell.

Kids found beds a bit hard, but I think it's the standard across Vietnam. The room had a stove, but no pots or pans to cook on. We didn't plan on cooking though, so that wasn't a problem.

I had several changes to my itinerary meaning I needed to extend my stay at the Century Hotel. Sunny and the team at reception were extremely helpful in arranging my extension and organised a well appointed room on the back side of the hotel which was very quiet. Sunny also regularly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. The hotel was just a short walk to the beach. I would recommend Century hotel.

Tôi đặt phòng và thấy còn phòng trên booking, nhưng khi tôi tới đưa mã xác nhận cho nhân viên lễ tân, họ nói lỗi của Booking, họ đổ lỗi cho booking, họ nói do Sale bên họ đã khóa nhưng booking vẫn hiện phòng trên web booking. Tôi phải chuyển gấp đến 1 khách sạn khác, thực gấp trong tình huống này. tôi sẽ nói với bạn bè sẽ không đề xuất khách sạn này, 1 khách sạn cực kỳ chậm chạp trong việc bán phòng I booked a room and saw that there were rooms available on Booking.com, but when I arrived and showed the confirmation code to the receptionist, they said it was Booking.com's fault. They blamed Booking.com, saying their sales team had locked the room, but the booking still showed the room on the website. I had to urgently move to another hotel, which was really urgent in this situation. I will tell my friends that I will not recommend this hotel; it's extremely slow in selling rooms.
