The food was good and hotel staff were nice and friendly

The bathroom was too small and the heater was not working properly because it is emitting boiling water no can bath in that temperature. And further air conditioner was switched off until we say to on.

I booked 22nd April. However, when I reach property on 5th June, they told me they didn't receive any booking. After I have shown my booking copy with them they told me they forgot my booking & already gave it to other. They offered me room in another hotel in different location with poor facility with the price of my booking. After long flight, it was very difficult for me to find another. I didn't use booking dot com after that in Delhi.

the location is great, near to rajiv chak and adjacent to RK mission metro station.

At first they refused to provide me any room. After half an hour of waiting at their lobby, they provide one room but not the room I booked. Rather provided much smaller one. Moreover they didn’t provide any toiletries and towel also!!!. Next morning they refused to provide complimentary breakfast which was included in my booking price. We had to have a long conversation and wait one hour for breakfast which was below average (only one parata and a cup of tea for each). Worst experience in hotel booking in India. They just gave many wrong information about their hotel and didn't want to take responsibly for that. When asked about it, they just told me to contact booking.com for this. According to them, they will not take any responsibility regarding online booking! Why should i call or contact booking.com for problems created by the hotel!?? This property shouldn’t be on booking.com.

Unfortunately nothing

No towels, no toilet paper, 40% extra payment "tax", dirt, dust. Receptionist always turned off the AC due to the economy.

Good Location Near the Metro station

There was no air conditioning in the room so it was very cold and I caught a cold.
