I liked the position, right in the centre of the town, and it was all that we need

The shower drain was clogged and the water rises making me to wonder what touched my feet from the sewer…. chhh creepy feeling

What we liked most was the location of the facility, it was close to all the tourist attractions, the ladies at the reception were wonderful and really helpful, the bed was really comfortable

I think the room needs a little renovation and refreshing, apart from that everything was fine

Location. Clean beds

The shower and toilet pipes GROAN when using and after. Shower sprayed everywhere and did not drain flooding the floor. Lift was not working. Outside halls were not maintained
