"Don't book this hotel"

The hotel is very far from Sakarya center , room is not comfortable, breakfast is very poor, no tooth brushes , shampoo quality is very bad. I dont know who granted 4 stars level for this hotel, but it is just 2 stars, I don't suggest anyone to go there. The room rate is too high for such hotel.

They charged us more accidentally but they fixed it later. Staff is not experienced.
