Carrick Hotel Camogli Portofino Coast

Wir waren in 5 Min.bei den Restaurant. Das Zimmer war gut aber sicher kein 5* Hotel.

Die Rooftopbar war während den 2 Nächten die wir da waren nie offen. Das Personal (ausser Rezeption) waren keine Italiener. Für ein 5* Hotel sehr schlecht. Wir waren in 4 anderen Hotels in dieser Zeit und alle hatten Italiener angestellt. Fürs Parken musste man für 1 Tag 50 Euro bezahlen.

The location is amazing. Right at the centre of the village and close to the beach and train station. The staff is very friendly.

For a “5 star” hotel we expected a lot more. The rooms are a bit dated, there is no fridge to use. The rooftop is nice but a warm jacuzzi is not what you’re looking for on a hot Italian day. Also the pricing for the parking is ridiculous at €50 per night on top of the high room price. In short, we expected a lot more for the price and the amount of stars.

Struttura moderna, camera spaziosa e ottima posizione

The staff at Carrick Hotel are amazing! On my first night in, I was tired from travel and had not eaten enough. Late at night I went downstairs to see if I could buy a snack somewhere in the hotel. Although there was no general snack counter and the restaurant was closed, one of the staff made me a sandwich! This is one of the kindest things a hotel staff member has ever done for me and really went above and beyond. All of my other interactions with staff were also amazing, and they all genuinely cared to answer my questions and make my stay better. Location was great and so easy to walk to the beach and the main promenade. My room was clean and spacious. The hotel breakfast was also lovely.

Très bel hôtel et idéalement bien placé. Personnel très agréable et disponible.

Le parking est un plus mais il se paie un peu trop cher 50e...
