"ideale per visitare Portofino senza il problema dell'auto"

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, colazione impeccabile parcheggio coperto comodissimo L'hotel è a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria , il treno in 5 minuti arriva a Santa Margherita poi navetta ed in 15 minuti si raggiunge Portofino.

Il personale è stato molto accogliente e cordiale; la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, l'arredo e la manutenzione dell'hotel era ottima; la nostra richiesta speciale è stata eseguita egregiamente; siamo molto soddisfatti del servizio avuto.

La cosa che forse vorremmo far notare è che inseguito al check-in; l'accortezza del Calice in omaggio come forma di benvenuto è stata detta all'ultimo e non abbiamo potuto usufruire del servizio.
