"A bit disappointing"

The staff was polite. Breakfast was also good.

When I arrived at 8pm they asked me to wait for an hour to allot me an AC room. Till time they gave me a non AC room which was disappointing. Telephone was not available in the room and it was difficult to connect reception for any need. They shifted another guest before I came and because of that the bathroom has a urinated smell.
