Helpful but forgetful staff where some knew my reservation includes breakfast and other did not. I think Inside rooms are good. I made the mistake of insisting on getting the room facing the street. And had to bear crazy loud noises all night long. Hotel has wifi but the signal does not reach 4th floor where I was located. Lessons for future renters for this hotel 1. - Get rooms inside the hotel even though they don't have any windows 2. If you need wifi, dont get room on 4th floor. 3. If you have breakfast included in your rental,get a written note from the hotel management.

My rent included breakfast. First day of breakfast,I was told that I don't have any choice but to eat Puri and Potato curry for breakfast. 2bd day there was a limited menu, third day I did not bother eating breakfast at the hotel. I think management was kind to give me a room with a window because I insisted on getting a room with a window. I think usually they don't rent out this room because it faces the main street, with very loud traffic and truck horn noises. I think I would have had a much better experience if I had accepted to stay in the inside rooms,without any windows. Last night of my stay, I requested hot water in a thermos from front desk, the same as previous nights. First I was told they don't have any thermos. Then when I informed them, I get thermos every night they reply ok they will send it . After four separate requests thermos never came. Maybe this bad treatment of me was because I had informed the management that the person who came to clean my room did not take garbage and did not clean the washroom? Room did not have any hot water cattle.

No break fast available as the hotel is under renovation with full of dust and building materials. Good food not available within walking distance. Rooms are dirty with a lot of dust as renovation is going on both internally and externally.

Well run place with professional, helpful and friendly staff. Room was well appointed, very comfortable bed. Daily cleaning. Good location in the city centre
