Staff was very cordial and helpful. Unfortunately at night they made too much of noise and our room was adjacent to the reception.

Room was ill equipped for eating food, etc. Wall paint was peeling due to moisture. AC was barely effective. No room service. No restaurant.

Nothing my parents were very disappointed

Nothing was ready. My mom dad reached the hotel at 3pm and we had booked two rooms.. none of the rooms were ready. Upon giving one room, my parents figured that the linen was not clean the bathroom was not clean. The staff was rude and barely any attention. The hotel staff after sometime shifted my parents to a nearby hotel which was even worse. My parents had wasted 1.5 to 2 hours. They were in the city only for a day and they had almost missed visiting the place that they had too. Since the place closes at 5. They had no option but to just settle with what was provided to them. Worst hotel
