Avoid this hotel at any cost. Detailed review below, 1) We booked via booking.com, while booking, they mentioned below details(you can verify by visiting Booking.com) stating - 'No prepayment needed – pay at the property'. After booking, within a minute we got a seperate mail from the 'Treebo' team stating, I must pay 50% of the total cost else booking will be cancelled. Why do you make false statements in the site and send a seperate mail for money, mention this clause in the site itself and avoid making false statements. Since our stay was confirmed, we paid the 50% cost and moved on. "You'll be taken to the next step Confirmation is immediate No credit card needed Your package: Good breakfast included Includes parking+ high-speed internet Total cost to cancel No prepayment needed – pay at the property" 2) When we visited the Hotel, we felt uncomfortable with ppl around. You can experience it when you visit the place. 3) Room service guy was arrogant. They dont much help you for carrying the luggage. 4) Rooms were very small(restroom was very clean though) and beds were not comfortable. Since we have booked, we stayed there and checked-out. Overall I dont recommend this place. You have several places to stay. Better go with other options.

Employees were the best part of the hotel! Always welcoming with a smile and open to help with any request. The photos and description of the room were also quite accurate. It was for sure a good value for money and location wise you could reach most shops and restaurants in Indiranagar in 10 minutes walking.

We had expected it to be a bit more clean because the carpet, the sofa and the table and chairs were quite dirty. Also the bed mattress on the one side was damaged and I couldn't really sleep comfortably there.

The rooms were not clean Cockroaches all over the room Towels and bed sheets were not clean ; had hair Property isn’t maintained at all It’s just preferred due to location which is near metro and under budget among other options Also even though booking.com didn’t ask for an advance payment ; the hotel has threatened me multiple times each day via call and email to pay advance 30% in lieu of high bookings which was completely a LIE . The hotel was empty
