"Horrible experience. "

First put us in a room with active mold. Then to another place that didn’t have enough beds. The last place we stayed was 45 minutes away and not in a safe place and bedding was horrible. Sheets hadn’t been changed. There was sand in the bed. Only stayed the one night and booked somewhere else.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. We had booked a week stay and left disappointed after 18 hours. The floors of the condo were completely unclean (and photos to property management have gone unanswered). Dust and hair uncleaned behind the Murphy bed. Trash piled up in public areas. Standing water in an elevator. Poor security. No management. No service. The amenities listing in the ad are accurate but some Photoshop wizardry has been used to make this poor property look appetizing. How Expedia considers this a property above 1 star is a mystery. As though everything that was poor enough, the complete lack of communication, customer service or responsibility by Elliott Beach Rentals saved the deepest cut for last. When I called their office as soon as they opened on Monday, I was given no responsibility by their staff whatsoever as to the condition of the property or cleanliness of the condo. The phone operator even refused to give me ANY email address to provide documentation that I was exiting early and was completely unsatisfied with the cleanliness and safety of the property. NOT ONE ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME SINCE I CHECK OIUT EARLY. No phone call, no text, no answering multiple emails by ANYONE involved to rectify this comedy of errors. This place is terrible. Too bad as I prefer small business, but had to go stay at a chain as this place was so disappointing. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The outside amenities were great. The unit had standing water in the main room, which stayed there the entire time and I had small children who constantly stepped in it as it was right where you walk through the unit. Had to use all of the towels given and put on the water which still continued to flow. Called and spoke to representative who were kind. They stated the contractor never got the work order and they contacted the cleaners who didn’t answer. The room was FILTHY!!! I have videos and pictures and I was scared to even stay! I woke up with a thick substance in my throat as the moisture and air was harsh on me. We had to purchase covers and towels as the room hasn’t been cleaned. I was very disturbed and upset as COVID-19 is very real and there was concern from the property! No one EVER CAME! I’m glad it was a short stay as I wouldn’t have been able to take another day! The property issued a refund for the cleaning fee, however, I am going to dispute this entire trip as it wasn’t enjoyable, fun, or safe for me and my children. I would like someone from Expedia to contact me as well. Ruined our annual trip for my son’s birthday. Horrible Horrible Horrible Experience.
