Nice decoration, spacious and clean apartment, good location.

I was not feeling safe, since the building door was not closing properly and the elevator opens directly in the apartment after inserting a code. In addition, we could not use the car parking offered because the host have not left the promised card so we could use it. We tried to contact the host many times, without success by email and phone. Really weird the feeling that there was nobody there to help if we needed.

This was an absolutely terrifying and dangerous experience that forced us to leave the property immediately, taking all of our belongings with us for safety. We left our three dogs inside while we celebrated New Year’s Eve, trusting that the apartment would be secure. However, when we returned around 1:30 a.m., we were met with a nightmare: a large party was taking place in the building, with intoxicated people openly using drugs, including marijuana. Two of our dogs were outside the apartment, and one was missing altogether. The apartment was filled with smoke and deafening noise, and we discovered that the right-side door was unlocked and the gray dining room door wide open, indicating possible unauthorized entry. The environment was chaotic, unsafe, and completely unsecure. Our young daughters were terrified by the mayhem and in constant distress. We immediately contacted the space manager, sent photos, and were promised a full refund, but the whole situation was unacceptable. The fact that anyone can access our aparment with the same entry code is a major safety concern, and I strongly urge an immediate investigation into the property’s security practices. No guest should ever have to go through what we did. We are still waiting for the promised refund and hope this urgent issue is addressed before another family faces such a terrifying ordeal.

Very noisy both from street and other tenants. Could hear tv and conversations from other apartments. Windows leaky - felt like we were right in street

The condo was even better than expected. The location is amazing and very comfortable. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.
