The ambience and the view is amazing and also the staff behaviour is friendly

It was a memorable vacation at Justa. The staff was really good.

The property is very aesthetic looking, the layout over a cliff looks very good and lends to spectacular views in the morning and night. The staff is very cooperative and nice, all our requests were handled promptly with a smile. The pool is very nice, and is temperature controlled.

There are some issues to handle, I hope the property takes this feedback positively and works on them. We had booked a suite, and in general, when you book a suite, you expect a separation of some kind between the working area and the sleeping area. We were surprised to find that the executive suite was just a large-ish room with a seating area and a writing desk. Thus, what is marketed as a suite is just a larger room, not a suite proper. This is fine, but they really should consider creating a demarcation between the sleeping area and the working area. That's just how suites are supposed to be. Secondly, access to the villas and the pool require a lot of stair climbing, the overall property is not accessible to the elderly or differently abled. Keep in mind while booking. The breakfast and dinner service is average but acceptable. Definitely not at a 5-star level though. The pool timings are horrible. The pool opens at 9 AM when it is already very hot and closes at 7 PM when the temperature just starts to improve a bit. Since the pool is heated, the choice of pool timing is very odd. Summer pool timings should be adjusted to allow people to enjoy it properly, either start early morning or end late evening.

The breakfast had very limited options but the food was good.

The bath tub in the room was not operational.
