Seaside Haven Retreat in Walton

I liked the position of the caravan on the site. It was an adequate size for one night. There was a good selection of cutlery, crockery etc. It was nice and warm. The amenities on the site were good.

The shower head did not keep upright. It needs checking. It was clean enough, but probably should have a little more attention in the kitchen. Extractor fan was dusty.

It's a lovely caravan, amenities were great! Perfect location once we found it! Lovely decking, the turf was a surprise, really lovely to have a space outside.

Lovely caravan, comfortable and in a good position for facilities and walking into town or to the Naze.

The shower head wouldn't stay up and the water temperature was almost impossible to control. It went from cold to scolding hot.

We were staying in a caravan with a child. The heating stopped working during the night, and the caravan immediately began to cool down, and the temperature in the room dropped. The hot water didn't work either. We didn't bother looking for staff and solving this problem in the middle of the night. We were surprised when, the day before check-in, they told me I had to find bed linen and towels and take them with me.

The caravan was not easy to find we were given no name or number but it was a very nice van

It had a rust damaged microwave denot feel safe to use it every thing else very good

Very warm and comfortable and lovely.

It was a nice caravan, comfortable. Close to clubhouse. Just disappointed that it hadn’t been cleaned.

It hadn’t been cleaned. Bins not emptied, cup marks, Coffee stains on table . Oven was dirty.
