Good location a short walk from the palace and near restaurants. We found street parking right outside the front door. Very good size and comfortable room.

La ubicación es muy buena

Mucho frío en las zonas comunes. No tienen la calefacción puesta en invierno. Cuando subes del spa te congelas (por cierto, el spa hay que pagarlo a parte). La habitación también muy fría. Cuando llegamos y vimos el panorama pedimos que encendieran la calefacción pero tardaron mucho en ponerla. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas la verdad es que nos defraudó. La limpieza regular. Donde poníamos las bolsas de aseo al lado del lavabo, estaba lleno de polvo, esquinas igual. Vamos, una limpieza rapidita.
