El personal. Poco simpático y amable. No sé si es una cuestión de carácter de los segovianos, pero nos hemos encontrado con bastantes personas que ,cara al público, son poco amables.

La ubicación, el propio hotel, su personal, las instalaciones, los servicios. Seguro que volveremos.

La habitación que nos asignaron estaba orientada al Sol, hemos pasado mucho calor y eso que la temperatua exterior era muy agradable 20 - 23º - Tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta. En el desayuno eché en falta beicon/huevos revueltos y zumo de naranja natural.
