Woodside Retreat

Everything very quiet and beautiful! We love everything. Congratulations

We absolutely LOVED the seclusion, even in the fall. Fire pit and fully stocked kitchen for those that like to cook was a nice touch.

The hot tub adjusted to 101° degrees was a little low for our liking with the cool temps.

The refrigerator did not cool enough to keep food in even after the 6 to 8 hours that they asked you to wait for it to cool knowing you were coming and would arrive at 4. When taking a shower the next morning the shower head fell apart in my hands and you could tell it was already broken and never replaced. Called and only got the answering machine.

The location and the wildlife

There was bees nests. Broken door hinge. Door hair in kitchen. Property was not as displayed in pictures. Main level cold while 2nd level hot. Porch floor had holes in.

When we first walked in the property, we noticed a weird musky smell. The outside lights on the back deck did not work so we could not light the backyard up at night. The pool table downstairs is not what it appears the area is too small to actually use the pool table and the downstairs has a very creepy feel to it. The hot tub is the best part of this property. The master bedroom bed was comfy. The kitchen was nice. Definitely a nice community very quiet.

Very scenic, plenty of room, and a variety of areas inside/outside the house to keep everyone content.

Dirt/stone road leading to houses was problematic for our show car. No pictures showed the gravel road in the ad for the property.
