La ubicación con relación a mis necesidades, el alojamiento y el baño, pulcro como debe ser y que es uno de mis principales factores de decisión.

La última noche hubo vecinos muuuy ruidosos, no pudimos dormir mucho.

Espacioso

El ruido, tanto el de afuera en la calle como el de los departamentos vecinos, con paredes y puertas delgadas, se escucha todo. Las sillas eran incómodas y muy bajas para la mesa. La cocina es grande pero apenas se puede usar porque no hay casi nada ahí. Está diseñado para estancias largas pero funciona más bien como un hotel de estancia corta.
