Location

The hotel is next to a pádel club which is part of the same owners/company. The noise is HORRIBLE, and when I called reception to see if they could maybe talk to someone over there, the receptionist was really rude and said “only thing you can do is write a complaint to our feedback box”. The room was also really dirty.
