"Superb"

The Villa was superb. Location a little back from the beach, however the free shuttle was a great addition. Amenities were great!

Mosquitos were pretty bad. Couldn’t have the doors open at night to the pool area. Small blip in a very nice stay.

Hotel staff contacted us. And left the the door unlocked for us to check in as we were arriving around 10pm. One of our bathroom door was not closing properly. Advised the house keeping but never got fixed.

Hard to get hold of the staff over the watsapp. Especially if you need anything urgently. Location was bit out of main road. And the view from our villa was not nice.

"Amazing villa with the best service"

The villa looks exactly like the pictures. Modern, clean, stylish. The cleaning crew is fantastic and the service via WhatsApp and iPad is premium and fast. We ordered Thai food multiple times through the service, delicious. Some tips: You can order the free shuttle service to go to the supermarket (Big C Market). The supermarket also has a pharmacy. You can easily go to Pathong Beach via a taxi app like Bolt, very affordable and always a taxi present within 10 minutes.

"Amazing villa and a wonderful stay."

The fact that it's still new and have all the facilities done right, impresses me and my elderly parents. Great pool, awesome master bedroom, loved the interior. Great taste in furnishings. Will definitely recommend this villa. It's even better in person. And special thanks to King for arranging the suprise for my wife.

"Best pool villa experience"

Having enjoyed pool villas on a annual basis, Calucine Villa was by far the best villa I have been to in Hotels.com. Pleasant surprise right after our first trip after COVID The Hotels.com description does not include the variety of convinient services provided by the villa, thereby underselling the greatest value of the place With their selfmade application and iPad they provide, free shuttle to the beach, visiting massage, breakfast and tour program with just a click. Our couple tried all the services and enjoyed the massage and the phi phi tour program( compared the prices with all local agencies) But most of all, it has the most responisve communication service. a clear point of contact who takes care our inquiries and provides sevices. I also praise their fabulous interior. Modern but also ergonomic
