Das Hotel liegt an einer extrem stark befahrenen Hauptstraße/Highway, wodurch es sehr laut ist. Trotz besetzter Rezeption gibt es keinen aktiven Hotelbetrieb oder Service; das Gebäude wirkt insgesamt verlassen. Die Dachterrasse ist nur eingeschränkt zugänglich und nicht bewirtet. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen und weicht vollständig von den präsentierten Fotos ab.

We enjoyed relaxing at this hotel, both in the comfortable room and the roof top patio. The mix of ancient and modern charm was inviting and the staff were so helpful with directions and holding our bags at the desk. We booked a couples massage in our room which was amazing. We really liked how close everything was for walking and Uber pickups. The hotel is on the edge of the historic district so it is very quiet at night.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was beautiful beyond expectations, relaxing and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect walking distance to the many attractions in Puebla.

La atención fue muy buena, es antiguo la casona pero se ve que hicieron remodelaciones y está muy bonito y acogedoras las habitaciones, la ubicación es buena, únicamente el estacionamiento no está lejos pero si está pasando la avenida. El desayuno muy bueno, tarda un poco pero vale la pena. Lo recomiendo al 100
