El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro histórico, sitios de compra y comida a la mano. La habitación muy limpia y amplia, a mi gusto le falta un poco de mobiliario para ser de 4 personas. El servicio muy bueno y la comida increíble!

Hermoso hotel la habitación muy hermosa y limpia! El personal del hotel muy amables! La locación excelente porque caminando puedes llegar al zócalo de Puebla! Además que cuenta con varias tiendas alrededor! Nos venimos muy satisfechos! Gracias por esta increíble estadía en Puebla!

Falta personal! No tienen abierto el bar no hay quien lo atienda. El estacionamiento es caro. Contémplalo, no está incluido en el precio Aunque la limpieza estuvo bien tardaron un poco en traernos las cosas El baño necesita una mayor ventilación No había humedad y la habitación bastante cómoda

Gorgeous building, beautiful room, super clean, great staff and breakfast was delicious in the wonderful courtyard. Rooftop area was fab, even if it was off season and the bar wasn't open.
