"Exceptional"

(1) About 5mins walk to the Nakajima Koen subway, which is 3 stops away from Sapporo Station. (2) Room is very clean and room size is considered big in Japan city. (3) Though surrounding is quiet, there are Secomart convenience store directly opposite the hotel, and Lawson and few eateries are just nearby. (4) Staff is very helpful and approachable.

If there is one area for improvement, then it is the bath/spa facility. There is only one pool in this hotel.

Has onsen

We had irregular size luggage, asked if they could arrange for luggage delivery. They said the delivery company may not accept , but did not offer to call. We had to go down personally to check.

"Choose other hotel is you travel with your car."

It is a hotel chain. I stayed before in their Fukuka hotel. Their breakfast was ok.

The room was a bit small for 3 persons. We stayed at Daiwa Roynet at Fukuka hotel the room was very very big, the TV was very big, everything was nice. The carpark for this hotel was full when we arrived. Seems you are allowing non-hotel visitors to use the carpark. That's inconvenience.
