"最高のホテル"

地下鉄の駅から直進で3分程とアクセスが良い。札幌までも歩けなくはないです。施設自体がキレイで大浴場もある。ドライヤーもリファを使用していたり、風呂場前にはサービスのアイスもありました。部屋もキレイで広々していました。部屋のお風呂は、浴槽も広く快適そうでしたが大浴場のみ利用しました。トイレも新しくてキレイでした。アメニティやコーヒーなどもロビーで自分でチョイスして持ち込めます。向かいに大きなセイコーマートがあり、買い物も楽しめました。朝のビュッフェも美味しかったです。 スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしく、また札幌に来る際は利用させてもらいます。

スタッフの対応は非常に感謝しています。宿泊二日目の朝、妻の調子が悪くスタッフの方々に無理なお願いをしてしまいましたが、皆さんとても良い対応をしてくださいました。本当にありがとうございました。

周辺の夕食散策がちょっとだけ大変でした。

Hotel housekeeping was commendable. Room and toilet were well cleaned.

This was my 3rd time staying in this hotel, but sadly it started to disimprove. The temperature was about 1-12 degrees during my duration of stay (12 nights in exact), and yet the flow of hot water from the tap was so small that it was difficult to wash the face and hands. We had to resort to the cold water for washing.
