Modern and contemporary with lovely reception, breakfast room. Lovely pool. Restaurant nice surroundings, food good. Room lovely and only clean towels the 6 days we were there.

The room wasn’t cleaned, NO bedding was changed 6 nights we were there, despite enquiring. We were told NO coffee in the room only had Tea, giving its an Italian Hotel and in Italy confused no coffee! And it’s the only hot drink my husband and I have. Cups were left dirty on our room.. No where to relax and have an evening drink. Had to sit in the breakfast room? Or outside in the dark and No Ambience, music etc! Had to ask reception to open the bar in the breakfast room in the evening. If went for breakfast at the latter end of breakfast time, Nothing left and wasn’t filled up. Plenty of sweet cakes etc but I’m diabetic so was left quite hungry. Could not order poached/ fried egg. Dried scrambled was available and not covered. Same with the ‘ bacon’ very disappointing. Only mirror in Deluxe Room was in the bathroom- No long mirror or any other mirror to get ready. We were told we had to come out of the pool first day we were there as there was a private party, speechless! Empty shower gel all week. Lastly. On arrival the room with jacuzzi we had booked wasn’t available and was told they had changed our room to another! Not happy.

"Exceptional"

This hotel is lovely, it is brand new, opening 6 months ago. Our room was perfect with a very large balcony. We had a delicious dinner in their dining room and the breakfast buffet was perfect. I really can not say enough about how lovely this hotel is. The grounds are beautiful, although it was raining I was able to go through the pine woods to the beach for a walk. Thank you so very much to the staff, they all went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. The sweet girl at the front desk even hosed off our car. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone who is coming to Catanzaro Lido! Liz

Number of places for parking could be limited, there is more place for parking in the street
