Posizione molto comoda. Utile per un soggiorno di qualche giorno.

Le chiavi si trovano a portata di pipì di cane e infatti erano cosparse. L'appartamento era abbastanza sporco e poco curato. Lenzuola e coperte erano pulite. In bagno funzionava l'acqua calda, in cucina no.

The location is very good for the main attractions

The apartment needs more attention. The fridge and kitchen sink needs replacement. The bed could use a higher mattress and the linens should be white or close to it. More attention to cleaning At the bathroom the replacement of the toilet seat and the toilet brush.

Mini appartamento di giuste dimensioni in ottima posizione per visitare e/o lavorare qualche giorno a Torino

Appartamento scarsamente manutenzionato, con problematiche principali relative a: Letto = rete rotta e materasso scomodissimo e sottile, come se fosse da letto pieghevole Bagno = wc traballante e con scarico a parete che trafila umidità Cucina = manca l'acqua calda e i mobili, soprattutto del frigo, sono sconquassati Servizio = biancheria ed asciugamani lavati lasciati sullo stenditoio, peraltro rotto Illuminazione, cavi elettrici e della tv = cavi volanti apparentemente poco sicuri Locker per le chiavi = incatenato fuori del portone, praticamente sul marciapede, completamente allagato dall'urina dei cani di passaggio Ma soprattutto, purtroppo, il fatto che alcuni di questi problemi erano già citati in recensioni, anche datate, alcune delle quali avevano anche avuto risposte che garantivano o dichiaravano sistemazioni effettuate

La struttura era vicino al centro e alla stazione Torino Porta nuova.

La casa era sporca e tenuta male, nessun prodotto da bagno per gli ospiti e per far colazione. Va bene utilizzarla come appoggio per 1 o 2 giorni, per un soggiorno più lungo la sconsiglierei.
