Angajatii intra incaltati in apartament, peretii murdari, canapeaua era patata, am avut probleme la aerul conditionat si dupa fiecare interventie a ramas mizerie,a trebuit sa sun la receptie de fiecare data sa vina sa se faca curatenie. Nu recomand sa calatoriti acolo cu copii mici (0-2 ani) care inca sunt in patrupedie deoarece nu se spala pe jos,doar se sterge cu o laveta uscata,fetita mea de 1 an dupa 30 de minute de mers in patrupedie avea mainile si picioarele foarte murdare. Dezamagitor. Pretul a fost de 104 E pe noapte,mult prea mult pentru conditiile oferite...

The room was big and view was excellent.

The location is not very good. Hard to find place for newcomers.

The staff are excellent

Clean, nice location, beautiful view of the mountains, and the staff is very cooperative.

I like the flat ,the cleanness the personal and comfortable living room and beautiful balcony

the beds,matress and specially pillows are very bad quality ,they have to change the pillows ,also the checked me in a room which was smoking ,they have to ask the guests and differ smoking and non smoking rooms
