Good afternoon, We rented two rooms at your hotel. A deposit of €50 per night was charged for each room. In total, the amount charged was €300. We stayed at your hotel from May 23 to May 26, 2026. To date, I have still not received the refund. We were informed that this deposit would be returned within 2–3 days after check-out. However, today is June 16, 2026, and the funds have still not been refunded. This was a business trip. The deposit was charged to the company’s business card, and the company is now requesting the return of these funds. We kindly ask you to process the refund immediately. At this stage, we are seeking to resolve this matter amicably and without legal proceedings. We look forward to your prompt response and confirmation of the refund status. Kind regards,

Excellent throughout, offering great value, great facilities, and outstanding staff. The buffet restaurant was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of dishes and the added benefit of being halal. We didn't need to go elsewhere for a good meal, which was extremely convenient after a long day at the exhibition. I would strongly recommend this hotel and would happily book it again in the future.

The breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options. In addition, one member of the reception team was not aware that the hotel has an excellent halal restaurant on-site. A little additional staff training would help ensure guests are fully informed about the facilities and services available, allowing the hotel to make the most of its excellent offerings.
