"Ein sehr schönes Hotel was alles hatte"

Es war ein sehr schönes und komfortables Hotel Das Frühstück war sehr gut und für jeden was dabei. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und für uns 4 Personen genug Platz. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen

Bed is very comfortable and spa / pool is fantastic

Bus charges you €5 to go back to airport now, so if there is 3 of you, you might as well uber. Breakfast is upstairs in the correndon building and has only lukewarm scrambled egg and bacon + continental bits. We joked we’re going to the ‘poor people’s breakfast’. They charged us for the buffet breakfast for all our nights stay when we only asked for 1. Stay away from buffet if you have a nut allergy too - it’s labelled all just ‘generic’ nuts. Getting deposit back took a long time too. Original booking was made through correndon for a 2-bed family apparently with 4 single beds (for 3 adult men who were not keen to share). They later changed this randomly to the Marriott and had a ‘family room’ with a double bed and sofa bed only. When I explained I was told ‘well unless you can prove it we’re not doing anything, and there is nothing we can do. Bye.’ Had to spend the first hour of my visit going between them and booking.com just to get them to give us an extra bed in the room. Said room then had an ant infestation in, and we were given an ant repellent device which did nothing. Asked to move. Eventually got moved. This room ALSO had ants in. Moved again. No genuine care/apology or acknowledgment of the situation from staff really… Ask for an invoice at the end too if you do it through booking - came out very odd for the charges. They overcharged by about €100 euro in the end (albeit ours was complicated further by room changes etc). Just overall they feel really money grubby and desperate to squeeze you for all they can as soon as you arrive. only good thing is the pool/spa.
