The airport shuttle service operates from 04:00 to 23:15 every day and costs 5 euros per person from the hotel to Schiphol Airport. When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please be advised that reservations are required for the hotel’s restaurant as well as the spa and wellness facilities. Wearing slippers and swimming clothes is mandatory in the Spa and Wellness area. Please note that a mandatory deposit of €50 per night will be charged to a debit or credit card upon arrival. This deposit may be used to cover any damages or incidental expenses (such as restaurant or spa charges). After check-out, the deposit will be refunded to the card used; please note that this process may take up to 14 business days. Cash payments are not accepted for the deposit.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
