The airport shuttle service operates from 04:00 to 23:15 every day and costs 5 euros per person from the hotel to Schiphol Airport. Location was very convenient, we picked it to be close to the Airport. Loved the Atrium, very nice to have a meal and some drinks. We had a really nice waiter, his name was Teun. We really appreciated his professionalism and speed of providing what we ordered. Thank you Teun!!

Front staff could be a little friendlier, but they may have been quite busy. Hotel was much bigger than we expected.

Cleanliness and the looks. Comfortable rooms.

Took the staff ages to refill and pick up the plates at breakfast. In the evening don’t expect any service because they are too understaffed.

The room was really nice. We paid extra for the larger corner room.

The lack of parking. No designated disabled spaces for customers. Also, we could not use the disabled parking at all or any spaces near the entrance as the hotel had some sort of on the Wednesday. We had to park around the back of the hotel. My partner is disabled and this caused her a huge amount of pain.
