Perfect Location, Idyllic 2BR Apartment

There are many restaurants & grocery shops close by. It's a nice area. Nice beedrooms and comfortable beds Seems to be newly renovated

If you arrive after 9pm you have to pay a late check in fee of 35 €. Once we left the airport we texted the contact person that we'd arrive around 8:30pm which we did. The contact person made us wait 30min!! and then wanted to collect the late check-in fee because he was late. After a long discussion they agreed to not charge us. However bad experience because: 1) we had to wait for 30' even though we communicated our flight & arrival time 2) we felt like we were purposly made to wait so they could collect the late check in fee They collected a security deposit & initially what they wanted to deduct was higher than what is mentioned on booking.com. However, they changed once I brought it up. Furthermore, they wanted to collect the remaining costs of the stay in cash. The appartment was also very humid & not well isolated. You can hear people talking on the street There is a whole set of rules you're only made aware of at check-in (see image). Rules include: • if you don't bring out the trash before check out you might be fined up to 150€ • if you exceed 25kwh of electricity usage per day you will be charged extra Kitchen did not even have coffee available. The pressure of the shower is non-existent

The apartment had all the facilities you could use, it was very clean and had such a nice design.
