Tamaño de la cama adecuado. Ducha y baño amplio con buena separación de la parte del dormitorio. Personal de recepción educado e involucrado Habitación con cafetera y café. Late check-in

Habitación difícil de ventilar, una pequeña ventana con rejillas que cuando hace calor y humedad, algo habitual por la zona, hace dificultosa la estancia. Además, de los 3 días que nos alojamos (2 noches), no nos hicieron la habitación más que en el primero. Marcan un horario de salida a la mañana (Como tarde 10.30am) y no lo respetaron. La única zona exterior es una terraza por piso que no estaban disponibles. Una de ellas entendemos que por un cristal roto, el resto aparentemente estaba en buenas condiciones. A las noches bastante ruido que no se aísla ni con la ventana cerrada.

Nothing from me, but beware if you have a Motability issue there is no lift Only downside to the location, not the property is that in August that we stopped the beach was full of sea grass which stop swimming on this side of the island The secret beach is approximately 40 minutes away by golf buggy, which is the mode of transport on the island and that is white sand and worth the effort

Super amables, limpio!

Clean, safe with friendly service, and a nice room. Only nitpick is the mattress was a little too soft. Conveniently located near water taxis and bars and restaurants.

The room is ok, not that super big (just standard). The location is central. It is possible to pay by card.

At night the reception closes and you enter the building by digiting a code at the gate. Luckily there was still an attendant who called a receptionist (who I discovered was staying in the premises) because there was a huge bug in my room and he came with the poisonous spray to kill it. He said it was first time this happened, but of course it is not true and that’s why he was properly equipped to kill the bug. My room was on the top floor and there is no elevator which was a big problem for my physical conditions. There is no common kitchenette, just a small fridge in the room. San Pedro is safe at any time of the day (unlike mainland Belize), but there was nothing open even though the hotel is very central. The beach near the hotel is awful and smelly like in the all island: in order to find a decent beach you must go to the so-called “Secret Beach” in Ambergris Caye (whose only secret is the fact that it is the only decent beach in the archipelago) which lies a 30-minute drive from San Pedro, therefore you have to rent a cart (for extra money) and drive in the traffic under the sun (as everybody is going to that beach since there is no other place). It was just terribly disappointing.
