Voyager Sun & Reef Hotel

Location is good if you are coming or leaving by ferry and for shops and restaurants. The room was decent and clean. We were able to check in an hour early and they kindly stored our luggage till then.

Location not good in terms of noise from the street. The bathroom had that drain smell at times. Bed was very soft and the sheets were too big and didn’t fit properly so everything got bunched up. Same with the pillows. Price a bit high for the quality of the place but not perhaps given the location.

Nice and clean, rooms were cleaned everyday, fresh towels, coffee provided.

Very polite and helpful staff, happy to answer questions on local eating options, transport, etc. Very comfortable accommodation in the heart of town.

No elevator, so it's a little awkward if carrying heavy suitcases.

Des informations bien utiles avant mon arrivée (notamment quelle compagnie de bateau prendre). Accueil souriant et efficace. Check-in une bonne heure avant sans frais supplémentaires. Bien situé.

Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont bruyantes.
